- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and our communications.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- STOP / HELP. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Reply "HELP" for assistance.
- Not a condition. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Attorneys connected through Pathways Legal are independent professionals, not employees, partners, or agents of Pathways Legal. We do not control, supervise, or guarantee the legal services provided by any attorney. Your decision to engage any particular attorney — and the terms of that engagement — is yours alone.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pathways Legal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
